The prince also finds out that a mysterious relic from his past has been awakened. This relic is known as X, and is the most powerful B't in history. Teppei uses this spirit to defeat Ultimate B't, and learns about his brother's dark past. The villainous Machine Empire plans to create its own monster and kill Teppei and his siblings.

The plot revolves around a young boy named Teppei Kobayashi, who was abandoned by his mother in an unusual car accident. His mother also died unexpectedly, and the boy spends most of his time at his parents' grave. While he's at the grave, he sees a beautiful young girl riding a horse drawn carriage being chased by thugs. He decides to intervene, rescuing the girl. The story continues with the kid's heroic actions.

The series also features other characters who share the same gender. The characters often share the same room, as in Bleached Underpants, but in the OVAs, the roles are reversed. The first OVA shows Teppei peeping on a maid, and the second includes an adult Yuu. While this seems like a bad idea, Yuu, too, manages to survive numerous Punched Across the Room attacks.
